What do we do with your information?
Under GDPR, we are required to advise you, as our customer, why and how we store your personal data.
The contact information that you have provided W A Hine & Son Ltd will be stored for contact with you. Your details will not be passed on to any third parties. Hard copies will be stored securely onsite in a locked filing cabinet and locked office and contact information will be stored on our secure, password protected software.
The mobile number you have provided will be used to contact you regarding your appointments and to communicate with you regarding our work for you. The email address provided will be used to contact you regarding your appointments, and to communicate with you and for estimates and invoices.
Data will be kept for 6 years in accordance with business guidelines and if the customer has not used our services after this time the data will be destroyed.
All staff have been trained in the New Data Privacy Law.
